How it works:  A) The children put on the 100 number cards (or part of them - ZR 20, ZR 30, ...). This can be the side with the numbers or the side with the quantities. B) A quantity card is selected, the quantity with the pearl material is added. C) A number card is selected, the quantity with the pearl material is added. D) A quantity card is selected, the number word is added ... (see also the enclosed order cards) E ) Exercises with the major and minor signs 
Self-control:  Self-control is the material itself. The quantities placed can be checked with the back of the number cards (quantity pictures). The control panel of the 100 board can be used as a control aid. 
Experiences, tips, tips:  This additional material is a good suggestion for the children to use the pearl material. It could also be used in combination with the hundreds board. 
 The availability of the Montessori pearl material is assumed!
