Damage or Shortages

Please report any damage or incorrect deliveries within 24 hours of receipt by email to: [email protected].

In the event of transport damage, please attach a photo so that we can file a claim with the
transportation provider.

Unfortunately, late reports cannot be considered.

Returns

Returns are only possible after prior consultation with us. Please contact us before returning any goods to find the best solution (replacement, credit note, etc.).

Always use secure packaging for returns – do not return the goods in their original packaging. Labels or instructions on the product packaging are not permitted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept postage-paid or cash-on-delivery packages.

Costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of faulty delivery or an error caused by us.

In these cases, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs or send you a return slip (by email within Austria).

Condition of Returned Goods

Please return the goods unused and complete. Montessori and educational materials are specifically designed for trained users; We assume that you will use the products properly.
