Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

Payment Information

New and private customers (including private kindergartens and schools) can only order by prepayment.

Public institutions also have the option of ordering on account. Please note: In this case, the billing and delivery addresses must be identical.

Process for prepayment:

After placing your order and checking stock, you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice by email (or by fax or mail upon request). Your order will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. If you provide us with your bank transfer details in advance, we can prepare the shipment.

Prices

• All prices are quoted in euros (€), including taxes and duties, plus shipping costs (unless otherwise stated).
• Prices subject to change.

Delivery times

• In-stock items: Shipment usually takes place within 2–5 business days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 1 month. If it takes longer, we will inform you.
• Out-of-stock items: For out-of-stock materials, the delivery time can be approximately 3–6 months. We always strive for short delivery times.
  Note: The order remains valid even if delivery times are longer. Cancellation is only possible in writing via email and will be confirmed by us.
• Partial deliveries:
  • If arranged by us, they are free of charge.
  • Additional shipping costs will apply upon express customer request.

Shipping

• Shipping is via GLS.
• Bulky goods: Items with special dimensions or weight are sent via freight forwarding.
• Digital items (downloads): Received within 24 hours of contract conclusion (in case of prepayment after receipt of payment) free of charge via email.

Note: Shipping costs are not based on the number of items, but on the item with the highest shipping costs in your order.

We give our boxes a second life: clean, used packaging is reused. This protects the environment and saves costs – for us and for you.
