Brief description This laying and information material provides an introduction to the varied world of deciduous trees, their leaves, flowers and fruits based on 14 selected examples. For each tree there is an A5 picture card and four A6 cards ("tree quartet") for leaf, flower, fruit and bark. Suitable information texts can be found on the back of the pictures. (The A6 picture cards could also be used as a quartet game.) There are also 15 double-sided printed A6 cards that are bound into a booklet. This gives the children a handy overview of each tree on two opposite sides.

Experiences, tips, tips: Trees have a great fascination for me. I was particularly impressed by the large, old, stand-alone tree giants rooted in the open field or in a Viennese backyard.
So one of the topics about 7-8 years ago when I got my first digital camera was ... trees! And what could be more obvious to me than to make a material out of it "immediately"? As I said, it took 7-8 years! Countless photos of flowers, bark (bark), leaves and trees did not make the selection easy. The time has finally come and part 1, namely “deciduous trees”, is ready for publication. A publication that I'm personally very happy about!
Attention ! ... There are lots of free materials on my download
page www.lernmaterial.at , directly matching this material. For example, you will find copy templates for tree posters, picture cards, molding strips, ... and much more!
If the material aroused curiosity in the children, they naturally need many more non-fiction and identification books to deepen their knowledge. A corresponding list with books and links is included. Matching this material, I have a tree dice game with info, question and action cards, available from my online shop.
