Additional articlesTree material from ws-montessori and free downloads at
www.lernmaterial.atmanualRecommended school level (s): 2nd-6th School level
Manufacturing: All sheets should be laminated (recommended film thickness: 90-125 microns).
The cards must be cut out individually.
Pages not to be laminated: none
Pages or cards bound in a booklet: none
Content / curriculum reference: Recognize biology, plants, trees based on their leaves, fruits, ...
Possible uses: Possible use in the context of subject areas or projects such as: Forest habitat
Preparations: Figures, dice, chips
Experiences, tips, tips: A simple game description is included. This should serve as a suggestion. But I can well imagine that the children (and of course also the teachers) would like to expand, expand or completely change these rules. There are possibilities for board and dice games ...! With the present game plan and the text cards, I am passing on a “framework”.
I would particularly like to suggest the following option: Using my “deciduous trees” (and many other materials and non-fiction books on the subject), the children can be encouraged to develop their own text, question and action cards in the appropriate colors for the game.
 On my website
www.lernmaterial.at I provide other tree materials (headers, memory and domino cards, etc.) as free downloads.
