serves to practice the basic tasks of the small multiplication table, application of the exchange law
Application note
The educator prepares a collection of basic tasks.
Table I Practice basic tasks
The child takes a task (eg: 4 x 8), points with his right index finger to the blue box of 4 on the table. The left index finger is placed on the red box with the 8. Now both fingers are moved towards each other in the horizontal or vertical direction. When the fingers meet, they stand on the result. The task and result can be written down.
Table II Practice the exchange tasks
The procedure is the same as in Table I. It is the same sequence of actions, the same finger movement. The child calculates 4 x 8, then 8 x 4 and gets both the same result.
Table III Calculation of basic tasks
The result cards are laid out in an orderly manner. The child chooses a basic task from the prepared collection, calculates the result and places the tile (according to Table I) on Table III.
The results can be checked independently with the control card.
