With the wooden stands, the planet models can be individually assigned to the name cards, pictures, and control cards. On the yellow ribbon (the 'sunbeam'), the planets will be arranged at a distance from the sun and from each other. It is a prerequisite that the units of measurement are introduced and that the children can measure. Then, the conversion from the real distances to the length of the 'sunbeam' is necessary. This is a good application in the area of practical mathematics!
