A classic sensory material. The tablets are made of different materials with different thermal conductivity. That is why they heat up differently and the children can use them to train their senses for temperatures and temperature differences.
The child places his hands on two tablets or takes two tablets in his hand and feels the difference or the correspondence of the thermal conductivity. First, the tablets can be paired optically and by feeling. Blindfolded is more difficult.
