The Small Bead Frame forms the bridge to abstraction for the decimal system exercises of addition and subtraction. Wooden frame consisting of 4 horizontal threads, each with 10 beads in the appropriate hierarchical color. A white and gray stripe is printed on the left side of the frame, indicating the families of the numbers.
