Application note
The number tiles of the branded game are designed in the Montessori colors of the card deck (green = 1, blue = 10, red = 100, green = 1000), have the number symbols, but no quantity dimension.
The child takes a four-digit addition to a collection of exercises and places the first summand with the small card set. Then it adds the appropriate number of brands. It can be based on the color.
The second summand is also shown with the cards and the tokens. The marks of the second summand are shifted position by position to the first summand so that they now form a sum. This sum is counted - if necessary, it is exchanged from lower to higher status. The total is shown with the cards from the larger card set. The brands are pushed together, counted and written down. It is important to start with the one each time. The procedure for multiplication is similar, the multiplicand is put down correspondingly often.
Subtractions can be made in the same way, the marks are removed from the first set. The minuend is shown with a large card set, the subtrahend and the difference with the small card set.
For the division, the included colored figures are set up and the tokens are evenly distributed. It starts with the highest category.
