Preparing the Material:All of the cards are meant to be laminated (recommended laminate thickness: 90-125 micron).
The picture, word and text cards need to be cut out individually.

Sides or cards to be bound into a booklet: none

Possible Applications:Possible application in connection with topics or projects such as: prehistoric times, dinosaurs, etc.

Before You Begin:To work with this material, the children require:
a floor mat, display blocks with 3 grooves, models of the dinosaurs
How to Use:The children can place the large picture cards in the back row of the display blocks, and match the word and text cards to them. Alternatively they can match the word and/or text cards to the dinosaur models.
Control of Error: On the picture card, in the area covered when placed in the display block, is the name of the dinosaur.
Additional Information: Appropriate models can be found in toy shops. They can also be purchased on line, for example from Schleich at
