This narrative connects to a Little Cosmic Narrative by Maria Montessori titled 'How People Came to Have Names'. Language distinguishes us humans as special beings. Montessori points out the enormous significance of naming. Only later can the multifaceted structure of language grow. Axel Winkler recounts a situation in the Paleolithic era involving Ayali, who organizes names with a shaman: proper names, collective names, abstract names, etc.
In the second part, the properties of names are the focus – the adjectives and their potential for comparison.
